    Came last week and we've been vomiting every since, didn't think anything of it might be a sickness bug. Just as we got better we thought we'd pop in to have a pick-me-up, and now we all have diarrhoea. It makes me think somebody in your kitchen or counter is not washing their hands properly, or the place has poor hygiene. Also recently we went to use the bathroom facilities here and even my child was absolutely shocked to see a woman sat on the toilet as we walked in. Poor woman must have been desperate but had no choice as the doors were off! How this is passing Heath and Safety I do not know, we've avoided toilets since. Should we pass Union Street again I'll be sure to check the bathroom and report if still the same.

    Worst KFC ever.The female staff is rude and so not professional.I ordered as usual using KFC app and checked in and saw my order number is being prepared.After I have waited for almost minutes and I ask the female staff and I got instructed rudely that next time I have to tell them I have arrived before they actually prepared the order.I’ve been to many KFC before and have no problem ordering using app and check in using app.The cleanliness of this KFC is also very poor.Not happy and definitely will not come again. If only we can give star I will not hesitate to rate it to star.

    I ordered from Uber eats. The food arrived incredibly quickly. The burger was amazing. The delivery guy was professional and polite. However the chips really disappointed me. The portion was incredibly small. I made a complaint and nothing was done about it. I called the store and was told I was speaking to a manager. He then said call tomorrow to speak to a manager. Odd as he said he was a manager. Not very good. I don't think I eiy order from here again.

    Food is about as standard as it gets for KFC, it’s pretty decent, but goodness gracious have I had it with the incompetently lazy and rude staff, I came to the KFC with two of my mates to get lunch, my mate had just missed his order and minutes after ordering came up to politely ask if his order was there, but a man at the til gave him a stern lecture saying that he’d been waiting for minutes to give him his food (which was an obvious hyperbole) and it was really just unnecessarily rude for no apparent reason, after we left I forgot I needed to get my girlfriend food, so I went and got her food on the way, while receiving my food the worker slammed my food down and went back to talking to her coworkers without any care for anything else, I arrived home to find the chips portion that I was given consisted of the smallest portion I had ever seen, I was able to put all the chips in hand for a medium size. Unbelievable service this time around and it’s usually not this bad but best believed, there’s a reason I walk the extra bit of time to get to the Cabot circus KFC, miles better customer service and portion size.
